Can my pet jump out?
Yes – the bag doesn't hold her in, and that's on purpose. It's open at the top so she can climb in and out on her own. That's why outdoors it's: harness on, and clip the safety clip inside to the harness, never to a collar. For car rides and longer trips, please use a hard carrier.
How do I get my cat in there at all?
Don't place her in – invite her. Set the open bag on the floor, put her blanket inside and leave it in the room for a few days until it smells like the two of you. A treat at the rim helps. The three steps above show how it usually works. And some cats simply won't – that's okay too.
