DEADLINE FOR RETURNS
Our policy is valid for 30 days . If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging .
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
PARTIAL REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted (if applicable):

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery will be considered non-refundable.
RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned item. We'll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and an amount will automatically be credited to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to officially post. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please use the "Contact Us" link at the top of the page and send us an email. We'll respond within 24 hours of your contact.
EXCHANGE (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged . If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us by clicking "Contact Us" at the top of this page.
We ensure that all emails are answered within 24 hours .
SHIPMENT
To return your product, please email us for instructions; we will respond to your email within 24 hours .
You are responsible for the cost of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable . If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.
